I prefer what is known as "1%" (in some areas, it is simply called "Green Cap"). I never purchase skim milk, because that's nothing but "white-colored water." +5

fat free skim. Too much fat tastes horrible:)

buffalo directly from the dairy:D

I go with the 2 % kind of milk because it tastes good in my coffee.

UHT skimmed. Long lasting, cheap, lowest in fat you can get, and tastes awful. You get used to it after a while though. My favourite is whole milk. Delicious, creamy goodness.

I buy 2%, but I prefer to taste of whole milk. +4

I don't buy liquid milk very much. Once in a while I get some buttermilk. I prefer to get my dairy from yogurt or cheeses.
-
If you are going to drink 2 percent, drink water.

Skimmed milk. I used to like full fat milk but now it just tastes like a cooking-oil suspension. Liquid artery blocker, human radweld.
-
I've drank reduced-fact milk and whole milk, and whole milk has a better taste.

I finally found a whole milk with only 6% sugar. that's my most important thing. I watch out for anything with sugar in the double digits.

After getting breast cancer it was suggested I reduce my dairy intake. The alternative milks produced today are kind of expensive for me (as is milk!) so I 'settled' for homemade oat milk. I know what's in it, and I don't add sugar, salt or preservatives. Its also way lighter to bring in a can of oats than a gallon of milk, which I can barely lift these days (I used to lift 80lb drums of hydraulic fluid by myself! Age is a cruel bitch!) If I ever buy any milk its usually vanilla almond milk.

Mostly skim milk. More protein, less fat. Sometimes for particular recipes I'll buy "regular" (4%) milk. I like all the milk (skim to 4%) equally. They don't taste the same, of course, but they all taste equally good to me.
