YOU make / create a child ; then YOU need to take the responsability and PAY for the child and his/her living expenses .... Any male or even female who refuses and trys to get out of paying for their own child isn't a REAL "Man" .. OR "Woman" ... as the case may be ... There WAS only one state that did not extridite for Child Support and that WAS West virginia ; don't know if their laws have changed now or not .. as that was about ten years ago ..
