  • I have always watered mine twice a day once in the morning before the sun got hot and once in the evening when the sun was a few hours from setting. always watered slowly and allowing the water to start dripping out of the bottom. With ferns I take a table spoon of house hold ammonia to a gallon of water and pour from that gallon into a spray bottle to spray a mist on the foliage after the morning watering. This helps from damage due from the wind and bugs.
  • I noticed mine doing the same thing but seemed to come back to life because its rained 4 days in a row. The tag did say to keep moderately moist.
