Latin Kings and Bloods both represent the People's Nation, which is a collective of different gangs that was started in Chicago, but has now spread around the country. The people's nation enemies are gangs that belong to the Folk Nation. Its like different teams that belong to the same conference. All people's nation gangs are supposed to be allies and so are all folk nation gangs. But every gang really makes their own rules and sometimes they disregard what their nation says. The real bloods from L.A. dont claim people's nation, thats more of an eastcoast and midwest thing. In fact, the bloods in new york were started in prison as a way to unify against the latin kings. So the relationship is constantly changing. Sometimes there is a truce and they are allies and sometimes they are enemies. It also depends on the city.
