-
6, I try as much as I can but 6 seems to be my limit :o)
-
What's an alarm clock? I have an incredible internal clock - I can generally tell the time within about 5-7 minutes.. I do not use an alarm clock.
-
Well...I wake up every few hours or so...so it depends. It could be anything from 5 to 12 hours.
-
8 or 9, i never use an alarm clock.
-
Oh good question when I was younger I would sleep for hour and hours... wake up at 1 in the afternoon!! Now I have a 3 year old and I think I forgot how to sleep in! I let his grandmother keep him over night a while back and I went out with my friends. I didnt get home until like 3:30 or 4 in the morning!!! But I was wide awake at 7:30am!!! It sucks
-
I'm a light sleeper. So I would probably sleep 5-6 hours max
-
7-8 my body is perfect no alarm
-
Six hours normally, eight hours if I'm really tired and sleep in. For some reason if I have to get up early, I'll usually wake up before the alarm. If it was a big beer night .... all bets are off. :-)
-
It depends on when I go to sleep as I will always wake up by 6 am the latest. It seems to average 6 1/2 hours.
-
I have not used an alarm clock in years - I normally sleep around 4 to 5 hours a night unless I am ill then it is more like I sleep normal hours but after I am up about the same I repeat. example I may go to bed at midnight and wake up at 5am normally, then repeat at not sleeping again until midnight. But when I am sick. I go to bed at midnight and up by 5am then around noon I go back to bed and sleep until 5pm and keep repeating until I am no longer sick.
-
About 9, I think. If I didn't have to wake up for school, work, or any other reason - the natural schedule for my body seems to be to go to sleep around 1-2am and wake around 10-11am. Around 9 hours is normal for me. I wish I was one who woke without alarm clocks - and I've tried going to be earlier so that I can get the 9 hours I need - but since my body wants to sleep later, waking at 6:30am is impossible without the alarm clock. Oh well.
-
About eight.
-
6-8 hours.
-
6 hours. I don't use an alarm clock. I do however have something that'll wake me up earlier when it suits him. My parrot has free range of the house and will occasionally get up earlier than I ,nibble at my ear, pluck a nose hair (feels like your soul is being ripped outta your body) or even give me a nip if he figures I should play before work. Much worse than an alarm clock. No snooze button.
-
six and a half. I've experimented.
-
At least 12, unless I had some event I was anticipating.
-
Pretty much about 7. My back wakes me up better than any alarm clock.
-
I belive 9, depends on what I have done other day
-
Depends. If I am sleeping where the light can reach me, I'll be up with the early morning sun at the latest, no matter when I go to bed. Unless I'm sick. Then the sun can pack sand!
-
Between 8-10, sometimes longer. I have insomnia, so I don't get enough sleep during the week and my body wants to catch up on the weekends. I usually set the alarm so I don't sleep to much of the weekend away.
-
No matter how early or late I go to bed 6.30 am and my eyes open.
-
I would sleep between 8 and 10 hours.
-
Nine hours
-
Any where from 8-11 hrs
-
Maybe like 7 hours.
-
I wake up a time or two to go the the bathroom (older male prostate) but I wake after 7 1/2 hours or so. I can lie there and go back to sleep and sleep another hour easily. I have a good internal clock that gets me up a bit before the alarm goes off if it is set. But it usually is not since I've retired.
-
Normally,I sleep around 6-7 hours a day,I am up at 5:30 AM without the alarm,I just wake u thinking of a cup of coffee and I am awake and running to the maker! I have slept for days(literally) and other times I haven't slept at all for days(true)I am bipolar and the sleep patterns can be tough if the disease is running rampant, the last 12 months or so have been very nice with an established pattern.

-
Around 7 hours
-
For me, the amount of hours don't seem to alter the time that I wake up. From years of waking up at the same time for work, my internal alarm seems to make sure I get up at that time every day no matter what time I fell asleep...alarm clock or not. I do sometimes go back to sleep on non-work days though.
-
about 7 to 8 hours.
-
I usually wake up at around 5:30am without the aid of an alarm clock even if I sleep very very late. So my number of hours of sleep depends what time did I go to sleep also.
-
A least 8, most likely 9, i love my sleep ;0) I normally don't wake to an alarm.
-
Nine to twelve.
-
I do wake up naturally without an alarm clock and have been unable to sleep more than 4 hours at a time for many months! :)
-
5 hours
-
It depends. If I have to worry about going to school, usually about 5 hours, because my body will wake me up naturally by about 8:15 anyways. If school isn't a factor and I'm not sick, I can sleep from like 2-3am til 12-1:30pm, so that's like anywhere from 9-11 1/2 hours. If I'm sick, the first night I'll sleep from about 4am-11am at MOST (7 hours max), then after that I sleep almost all the time. So something like 13-14 hours a night then about 5-6 hour naps during the day. I can't stay awake if I'm healing lol.
-
ive never used an alarm clock in my life. i usually sleep 3-5 hrs a day. i believe i have a sleeping disorder cause i know sleep is important. its not that i dont want to sleep longer. i just cant. im often tired. but im never late for work.
-
I sleep about 9 naturally. Maybe 10 if I'm exhausted.
-
I guess it depends on how tired I am, but I usually don't sleep more that 4-5 hours a night.
-
if i was really tired then i could sleep for up to 20 hours, if it was a regular night then i would sleep for a max of 9 or 10 hours.
-
I could probably sleep for 11 hours if I wanted to, but I usually get around 7.
-
4 or 5.
-
More than 12 hours indeed!
-
usually about 8-10 hours. Its much nicer waking up naturally, but i feel more awake after getting up after 8 hours by the alarm clock. Its strange
-
have to have my dad physically wake me up cuz if he doesn't I would literally sleep all day
-
-
ItsRubyme too
-
-
roughly 8.
-
for me around 12-15 hours
-
Well the last time I had the freedom of "naturally" which means no sleep aid, 4-6 hours was enough. Seems to me a long stretch of sleep just drags me down. I'd like to try.....perhaps someday.....sleeping when I get tired and stay awake when I want. The rest of the world however is geared to sleep at night and be awake during the day.
-
Lately it's something between 8 and 10.
-
4-6, 9-10, or 13-16.
-
anywhere from 6 to 15 it varys alot
-
I actually don't use alarm clocks since they haven't worked for me, I can say I would sleep anywhere from 12-17 hours, maybe more, maybe less, I'm running on 14 right now.
-
I wake up each morning without an alarm clock..... I sleep for exactly 3 1/2 hours
-
depends on the night
-
6

Could be anywhere from 5-20 hours, depending on all of the little factors. I had mononucleosis as a kid and slept for almost 24 hours straight. I've been known to sleep for more than 10 hours if I'm sick.
