no way you have to let the burn go completely otherwise you could add to the risk your already taking using sunbeds of damaging your skin .

Use a tanning cream, (makeup) and do not use radiation to brown yourself. It has been proven to be very dangerous, especially in your case. I fail to see the advantage of partially cooking yourself for the purposes of being more attractive.

Why in heaven's name do you NEED to give yourself skin cancer? Yes, of course wait for your skin to heal before subjecting it to that torture again. Do you really want to have skin like shoe leather later in life, and melanoma?!?!

Do NOT go tanning again the next day because if you've burned, it means your skin is damaged. And do you really want to try and tan damaged skin? You'd be in a world of hurt, physically and financially (i.e. wasting your money). Burning has set you back, so wait a few days until it subsides, and then go tan with less time. A base tan needs to be built gradually, so that a deep, bronze color can be built up and the body begins to increase melanin production. Also, I know they may be expensive, but use lotions (get the cheapest at the salon, preferrably a Step 1 or something with a bronzer, NOTHING with heat/tingle). Tanning saps moisture from your skin, so your tan could get dried out and look ashy/flaky without it.

No, do not go again. You already damaged your skin. You will just make it worse and it is impossible for a tan to happen to red burnt skin, plus the danger of cancer on damaged skin.
