  • That we are in a political campaign.
  • you should hear what my kids come home saying they heard about Obama or McCain...I don't know where people come up with this stuff.!!
  • I hate gossips. When I hear it, it makes me think those people will do anything for attention.
  • I cringe too... I have heard a rumor or two about someone that I know was not true and I think... why?
  • Yes. There is a fool in our office who believes all the email rumors. I'm tempted to tell him to unsubscribe from these email lists, but I ignore him.
  • Gossip can be entertaining, but I don't repeat it. If I know it to be false, I speak up in defense of the person and tell the promoter that I don't like to talk about others.
  • It was all over the tube during the most recent campaign...lies, distortions, innuendos, vilification, character assassination..ugly ugly ugly. What do I think? The people that promote it, pay for it, engage in it and tolerate it are all evildoers of the worst kind. They attack and undermine their own country for the evil purpose of "winning". I think they are vicious, dishonorable and ultimately will destroy themselves from within. :) Happy Wednesday! :) ((hugs))
  • I usually think it's funny.
  • I despise people who twist the truth or flat out lie. Manipulative people concern me. I simply can't relate to them because I can't understand how their minds work. When I hear gossip and lies I just want to leave and get myself as far away from it as I can.
  • Oh yes but they never do it around me any more because once when I knew for a fact that they where rumors I put the rumor monger in a spot by immediately calling the person he was malinganing and told her point blank what was being said about her and then gave to phone to the rumor monger and said now tell the person directly. try it. Nothing like a direct apporach. Does make you unpopular though.
  • you should meet my sister
