  • Smoke a fat bowl and sit, By yourself, and analyze your life. I swear you will realize what is bothering you. And if not then maybe talking to a therapist isnt such a bad thing. They exist for a reason. Even the most perfect people in the world have problems that they cant deal with by themselves.
  • Maybe you don't want to go to a therapist just yet but you might want to consider a councilor. Perhaps you need to find out if you depression is situational or chemical. If it's situational, find the root of the problem. If it's chemical, perhaps you need to speak to your doctor about getting some help.
