  • sometimes, but I loved the book so much that I really didn't care.
  • She probably uses chagrin a lot.. check out "murmer" too. She repeats way too many words for me to like the series - and it's overall badly written. The sad thing is, is that people still like it because of what happens. :(
  • Hmmm. I don't think that's a good word to use even once.
  • Truthfully I never noticed. . . maybe you guys just pay too close attention to her wording. If you are just reading for the story and your really into it you probably would not notice.
  • Yes it does get on my nerves, but how about the word 'incredulous' and all of it's forms?
  • She does use chagrin an insanely huge amount of times. I didn't even know what the word meant, so I had to look it up to figure out what she was trying to say over and over. It does get a little annoying sometimes, but the books are so good it doesn't matter. :)
  • Oh wow, I thought I was the only one who notice. I definitely had to look up what it was after about the 4th mention of it... My sister would be so disappointed in my lack of vocabulary...
  • I'm pretty sure that she looked up "beautiful" in the thesaurus for all of her descriptions of Edward. That book is way too protracted, and her wording suggestst that this is just some 12-year-old's fantasy love story.
  • I thought I was the only one who noticed that! It does tend to get annoying along with the trillion words to describe Edward/ Now that gets incredibly annoying!!! No man can be that HOT! LOL
