  • Some of my relationships, school, the general public. I suffer anxiety attacks if I'm over-stressed and they can be as little as feeling out of breath or as bad to make me feel as if I'm dying. I try to live life one day at a time, take time for myself with baths and books, just try to hide away from the stress.
  • stupidity gives me headaches and makes me angry get away from it
  • The never ending one drama moment after another after another..etc that my life has become stresses me out..that stress manifests itself eventually into an anger..To combat the stress I try like hell to stop it before it starts..if I can't..I go BOOM..lmao :)
  • A nagging and nit picking wife stresses me out. I wear cotton in my ears to combat that kind of stress.
  • My ex wife...i was actually physically sick (nauseous, headache, and the poops) for about a week until she left. once she was gone i felt 100% better
