Sorry about that. This might make more sense. I really like this girl but kept it a secret, but when she was going out with her last boyfriend, i told her i liked her. That didn't really change much between us, except now since she broke up with her old boyfriend, she doesn't trust me as much. I still really like her and I want to go out with her, but i feel i've screwed up now. What should I do?

Ah, now your other question makes sense! Listen to your heart... Talk to the girl, tell her what you've told us. Tell her why you feel she doesn't trust you, because of what you said, and make her understand that it wasn't meant as a threat or as a come-on then, nor do you want to pressure her now. Let her tell you how she feels about you, but don't be surprised or upset if she doesn't feel or think anything. What you can hope for is that you're still friends.
