No, never. But I have been rude if they get pushy with me. I consider pushiness very rude, so I match them if they push me.

No. I just tell them no thanks if they are a salesperson with something that I am not interested in or a religion that doesn't interest me (which is quite a trick.) Jehovah's Witnesses usually leave when I start to lecture them on why God's name is not Jehovah.
