Wanting someone and needing someone are two different things. It could mean they want you to be subservient to them, and do everything FOR them, forsaking all your own dreams and desires (and maybe family and friends). In other words, they want to control you. This could be bad... They may want to be abusive in even more physical ways. It could just mean they know you want them, but they want you to need them. Obviously, there's not enough information for us to give you a correct analysis. ;-)

Sounds to me like someone wants me to be totally dependent on them. That's no good. People have to rely on themselves first. It's good to have backup but people can up and die on you and if you can't rely on yourself what in the hell will you do?
