I usually do feel that way...but come dinner time I eat like it's going out of style because by then I'm starving. During the day all I normally have is coffee, water and diet coke. Probably not the most healthy diet. I can assure you I make up for it in the cooler months!

Yes, and this is what I do when that happens. Get a watermelon, or a mango. Quite tasty, and good for you, they can be quite addictive as well!

Yes I am, and it's a real pain, as we have to have something! Salads get trying, and cooking's just a bind - I keep having panic attacks every time I go near the oven! lol ;p

When it's warm inside, and the weather is nice outside, cooking has far less appeal.

I'm a freak. I eat ice cream only in the winter and eat soup only in the Summer.

I get that way when it is really really hot. I usually get a bunch of meat from the deli and live off of sandwiches. :)

We eat lighter, less and more hot-weather foods..salads, raw veggies and dips, ice cream, popsicles, fruits..I think your body knows what you need and you should listen! :)
