  • stay up till your regular bedtime...you should be exhausted and hopefully sleep well and reset your sleep clock...good luck
  • Both. But before you go to bed tonight, take a long hot bath with epsom salts and have a glass of red wine and some hot chocolate, oh, and several kosher hot dogs with mustard and sauerkraut. Works for me!
  • If the option is there to sleep in, always take it. Sleep is goooooooood.
  • you should at leats attempt to reset your body clock to its original time
