• So your lunch is supper and your breakfast is lunch? And that would make your breakfast a midnight snack? I used to work 9pm to 7am. We'd be eating supper at breakfast and people would say how can you eat that this early? We were like, we just finished work and we're having supper! But I am kind a curious as to what happens at 1 am that you need to be awake for? Or why you would voluntarily and consciously plan such a schedule when you can sleep whenever you want?

Thanks for your kind words Linda. I had a bad night, spasms woke me up at 6:30pm at least I'm still alive.

I'm sorry you had a rough night. I was in a lot of pain last night, too! I think eating sugar makes mine worse. Do you know what makes your neurological issues worse?

Well I did not get a notice you had replied. I can't be 100% sure but physical stress does no good for it. Like mowing part of my lawn this morning. I am feeling it now. I am glad I no longer has seizures.
  • It sounds to me like you are more of a night owl person. 🦉
