I was driving so fast (125 mph) when the pavement changed to gravel that my car seemed to be 'floating' on top of the rocks. I called it "geoplaning" (as opposed to 'hydroplaning' on water). What's the fastest you've ever driven a car?

The fastest I drove in US is from San Fran to LA with average speed about 80mph for 4.5 hours in rented Cutlass Sierra. The fastest speed I ever drove is in Malaysia from Penang to Kuala Lumpur in 2.25 hour with a distance of 380km in BMW 528i. Max speed about 255/260 km/h

In case you haven't already done so, consider yourself very blessed that you didn't lose control of the car and flip or roll it when you hit the gravel - and that you, your passengers (if any) and any innocent bytanders escaped serious injury or death! For anyone to drive at such a speed indicates a lack of smarts in the personal responsibility department.It's time for you to grow up....NOW! You might not be as fortunate next time.
