Ok one thing weve all learned but isnt true that eve ate the apple considered a forbidden fruit but why were they wearing fig leaves instead of apple leaves. because the i dea of her eating from an apple tree when shes wearing fig leaves think aboout it?

Yeah the idea is interesting, But Since She didnt eat an apple considering the fact that IT NEVER SAYS APPLE TREE!, the thought is irrelevant. And The fig leave were worn to hide their nakedness for Satan told them that they were naked.

I don't think that the bible mentions the fruit she ate was an apple. In the translation of the old testament to Latin, the word for evil was the same as apple (malum). I think that may be the reason we assimilate the forbidden fruit with an apple.
