Does anyone here own and shoot an 1858 Remington .44 cal. revolver? If so, how do you like it.

From what I have heard and read, the New Army Target Model of the venerable 1858 Remington is a pleasure to shoot if you are already used to shooting .45ACP or .357Mag handguns. Otherwise the recoil will take a little getting used to. Smokepoles always get admiring looks at the gun range and there is something inherently satisfying about checking your target through a dissipating cloud of gunsmoke.

I own four of them and enjoy shooting them just as much if not more than my modern cartridge guns.
