1) No, I don't need this. I suppose that people are looking at my profile from time to time, and I hope they find some interest at it. I gave some short information about myself, and also some tips for beginners. Once in a while, I become some feedback about this, and this is sufficient for me. 2) I just had a look at your profile. The point part shows that you are doing good and participating quite regularly. And your questions and answers seem to have a very good feedback. However, I would suggest that you put some information about you and the reasons why you are on here.
