Because they want kids. A lot of times those are the people who can't have kids,so they do anything to get one.

Because they are STUPID people in most cases not all are some are the parents splitingup and one running off with the kids . But 4 the others they are just stupid aka stunada

Cause it's easy? No, people kidnap kids because kids can be worth quite a lot on the open market. Sometimes, they ask for ransom from the parents because they know that most parents would give anything to see their children come home to them unharmed. Other times, they find people who want to get a child, and either don't want to wait, or can't legally adopt a child.

My first answer is that they DON'T, because kidnapping is a very rare crime. You have much more reason to fear accidents. Also most kids who actually are kidnapped are taken by one parent from the other illegally. Sometimes infants are kidnapped by those desparate to adopt. Of course there are those who kidnap for ransom or for more evil reasons. Kidnapping for ransom has gotten very rare in most countries because they so often get caught. I don't happen to have a statistical pie chart on the matter in my back pocket. I can only say that kidnapping is very rare and for various reasons.
