Most ppl keep it between 67-70ish degrees. Your upstairs will always be hotter. My boyfriend puts it down to 65 initally to cool the house down. But most ppl use 68 as normal.

I keep ours at 79 in the summer and at 71 in the winter. Trying to save electric bills in the summer - too cold blooded to go any lower in winter though.
