I'm a Criminal Justice major and wanted your opinions. In your particular geographical area what are your feelings towards the police in your state, county, or city? Do they have any kind of "reputation?" Good? Bad? Any comments or answers are great.

For the most part the police in my area are thought of as jokes. Most of them delibritly nit pick everything because there is next to no real crime in my town, but when there is they are top notch
