yes if someone is talented they should be allowed to compeate regardless of whats happening in there personal life.

I consider people to be innocent until proven guilty, and therefore free to go on with legal activities.

Innocent until proved guilty. To rob someone of the opportunity of a lifetime on what may be a mistaken charge strikes me as cruel and unusual.
