What does "...that time forgot" mean? Could it be used to describe something's styling, as if it were outdated?

    Yes, it certainly could. It's often used to describe a place, though, as in 'the village that time forgot', meaning it is still the same as it was years before.

    you could definatly use that saying in regards to something/someones styling.it means that it hasn't kept up with the times.like its been in a time warp while the rest of world carries on round it.
