This may sound like a stupid question to some but what does it mean when your computer browser stops working? I have so much to learn about the computer.

Could be any number of things. When was the last time you did a disc clean-up, cleaned your registry or defragged your hard drive? I'd start there before proceeding further.

also need to see what version Internet explorer you are running, you should be running 7 instead of 6, you can check this by going to : control panel add/remove programs now look for the version you have also if you will let me know what you are running on your computer, XP or Vista I can post for you how to disc clean, defrag, clean registry etc. I work on many seniors PC and work up instructions for them and how to do things. or e-mail me if you wish geannie_57@yahoo.com
