i stopped eating butter and the imitations. what is it good for? its probably in the food i eat. i cant stop that. but butter on bread...no longer.

It doesn't taste exactly like butter, no. But I use it all the time as I'm on a low-fat diet. I think it tastes pretty good, actually.
