You can. Those numbers are just your maximum limits. Hold your mouse cursor over the plus or minus for a couple seconds. You'll see your other options come up.

Hi, LF..Happy Tuesday. No..I don't because I believe the points that are awarded are all about the person giving them and has nothing at all to do with the recipient..mean-spirited evildoers give negs..regular people either ignore points awarding or give positives..it's a roadmap to someone's personality..if you look at AB members profiles, and see what their percentages of "ratings given" are, you will know who that person is..easy peasy..so someone whose number is 87% is very judgmental...someone whose percentage is 70% is probably a troll..I've never given a negative rating so my plus ratings are 100%! :)
