the chose to follow satan...they didn't just become demons...satan was the leader of the chorus before he became the devil...they made a choice to follow him and then became demons... demons are just fallen angels

when these spirit creatures decided to side with satan the devil they became his demons. the bible tells us that at one point the sons of the most High God came down to earth to take on human bodies to have relations with the daughters of man. these women being so near perfection were very beautiful. hence these took them as wives; as many as they wished. they then conceived hybrid offspring. in genesis we read that this offspring became very violent and terrorized humanity until Jehovah God decided to bring about the flood of noah's day. Our original creators called the Elohim used primate dna and mixed it with dna of extraterrestrials to create a slave race called humans. Once the Elohim was done with our purpose, they wanted to destroy us, but some members of the Elohim rebelled against them and were banned from the Elohim. The rebels decided that they wanted to help us achieve godhead like our creators instead of allowing us to become extinct. The members of the Elohim that wanted us extinct created religions that purposely fought against each other to wipe us out quicker. These rebels are known today as Demons. The other members of the Elohim caused the great flood, and the Demons were not threatened by the flood because they are Gods. They all have enough power to live forever.
