My schnauzer has a bump on her bottom eye lid and also white bumps on the inside of her bottom eye lid. Her eye also has discharge. Could she have an eye infection or is it something else?

  I have a 8 month old king charles pup, and have noticed a blueish spot in the middle of his eye, could it be cataract, he seems to be able to see ok and is healthy, is he too young for cataracts. If any one has any information please let me know.
