The notice came in the mail today.

IRS will start mailing stimulus checks May 2 - May 17, 2008

Taxpayers who will receive their checks via direct deposit according to last two digits SS number, beginning May 2 (00-20), May 9 (21 - 75) May 16 (76-99)

God that sounds boring.

- If I remember correctly the first time I read it said:
  "Have you received your Economic Stimulus Act of 2008 from the IRS yet? Mine came in today."
  The word "notice" was missing, so I assume it referred to the money.
  I reread it after Yarnlady commented, and than I read it as it stands now.

- Dear Meakel, I suspect a technical glitch of some sort occurred. Royal and I both saw the question without the word notice the first time it appeared, and then the word came on later.
