  • First of all, the gender pay gap is a fallicy. Those arguing that it's still there do not take into account all the factors involved in determining that. Second, you don't fix the past discrimination of others by discriminating against someone else. Affirmative actions only says that minorities are not good enough and need quotas to help them.
