You may have poor circulation in your hands/feet which is semi-common. I don't think there's an easy way to fix this.

Kinda same here... My feet feel like they are freezing in my work boots and UGGS. But, warm to the touch. What's up with that?

Get some good warm socks and have some good red wine at night. And four feet together in a bed is very warm....(wink).

Try sprinkling just a little cayenne pepper into some body powder. Mix it up, and put it on your feed before you put your socks on. It will give your feet the illusion of feeling warm. The idea about niacin in another answer is a good one in the long run, but this may give you immediate relief.

Neuropathy......My feet are warm to the touch, yet feel like they are frozen to the bone. They also nuumb but they ache and I have spikes of pain (nerve endings). Dr says not related to diabetes... I haven't found much to help, but since I started taking water pills for another problem, it does not seem as bad...
