I think you may need to address what you want from your fetish.
Is it you that is into wearing nappies etc yourself and want to get your GF involved, or are you more turned on my the idea of just getting your GF into them?
I think the possibility of getting someone that has never considered the whole AB / nappy fetish to start wearing them, is quite unlikely, but possible if the person has an adventurous personality and is open to new things.
