There's no way of convincing someone to do something like this, not unless they have a tiny inkling of wanting to. Maybe in time your wife will warm to the idea of you two engaging in it. Find out what's her reason then get some information about it, maybe the reason she does not want to try anal is because she is afraid it will hurt? But apparently if you do it right, there should not be any pain.

My advice is, don't talk to her about a threesome with her sister unless they have done something of this sort in the past...

This came up once with my wife and her sister talking about sex and me being there. Her sister said she was curious about trying anal but her husband didn't want to put it in there.
