  • Sometimes men are pretty stupid about things ... I know; I am one! ..... but men should demand a paternity test in such cases. I would expect that if the woman lied, he could possibly have grounds for an anullment, at least. If it were me, I would visit a lawyer and know my rights.
  • i can tell you this. my lawyer told me would be cheaper and easier to just divorce. mine did fraud in another way. i went with divorce.
