Do you use a body moisturiser daily - if so what kind?

No. I'm a man. My gf has a closet full of that stuff. I do however, take flaxseed oil and eat a lot of fish and drink a lot of water.

I have no choice :( I have to use it because I have eczeme. If I dont use it my skin feels like my body is trying to break out...I use cocobutter or l'oriel(sp?) but I stopped using l'oriel since I found out they do animal testing. Nivea is pretty good :)

Hey, I use some of that girly stuff...lol. I normally use vaseline intensive care, and it works miracles on my hands as I work out in subzero temps. all day.

I use Baby lotion. I have sensative skin and this works wonders for me and its cheap.

No, I always forget. I need to though, my water is "hard" and it strips my body of it's natural oils. Although I always moisturize my face...ALWAYS!
