have you ever felt that someone was the one one, only to conferm even years later that thay still are. realizing how easely you and them let each other slip away
-
nope.
-
But of course. I am still dealing with the pain and hurt from it all months later and the sad part is he felt the smae, but started dating someone else to fill the void and now doesnt want to hurt her the way he was hurt by us breaking up so he stays and tells me sorry. He really has strong feelings for her and wish i would've come to him sooner about us, but says it is too late. That hurts like hell!!! Even more so when you have to see him and her on a constant :(
-
Yes and I'm still taking stupid chances after having my heart ripped out of my chest and stepped on.
-
No sorry I have been with my "the One" for 12 years now so I can help but very sorry for your loss.
-
Oh yes I have definitely had that happen. In hindsight, he was nowhere close to being "the one" but I was blind in love with him and got my heart broken big time.
-
Yeah but I married him to make it all more difficult.
-
Yes.
-
Yes, more than once.
-
I thought my heart was going to break. Then I met someone new... =) Now I'm *really* happy.
-
i hope that doesnt happen to me. I feel like my life is so set with the boy im with that if it didnt end up working out i would just be so lost.
-
yes
-
Its probably happened to most of us including me.
-
I thought I had the one. Not someone to marry, but I would be comfortable dating for the rest of my life. I went through a horrible divorce... But today, he came out after almost 3 years, to tell me I'm not the one for him. Boy did I pick it wrong.
-
YES..a couple times and i wonder why i do not have as much trust left for people.
-
Yes :( It was horrible
-
Does unrequited love count? I still feel so stuffed up as I think about her. She apparently dislikes me, and it hurts... a lot.
-
Definitely, and after that, have them go out with your brother and have them have his kid. F**ked up or just my imagination?
-
Yes, once or twice. Sucks, definitely, but in the grand scheme of things, I'm glad I was wrong. I gained a lot of perspective and learned a lot about myself and about relationships.
-
yes, once and i have not let anybody in emotionally since him..he destroyed me
-
oh yes.but just the once.
-
Yes, and thankfully she dumped me, because the next one was "The One" been married now for 23 years.
-
yes was with him for 4 years then we broke up 3 weeks ago but i seen him last sat and there was tension between us he gave a big talk about how we cud not get back together and then we were kissin but i dunno if only life were simple
-
Oh yes and now he's buried right in my back yard poor guy!
-
Oh yeah.....(
-
Yes, sadly that is a part of life at times. but time will mend the hurt and the true love of life will eventually come alone.
-
Yes, but he thought differently!
-
Yes, we both did..and got engaged only to find her stuff packed up when I got home 1 day 6 months later...
-
yup,but there is always a better one out there
-
Sure.
-
Yes about 2 years ago. I was with a guy for 2 years and a month. And it just didnt work out. It wasnt the same. And i honestly gave up everything for him. Now its sorta like i have nothing. Just trying to find the right way back.
-
definately we all have or will at some point in our lives. first true love s something you will never forget no matter if you 28 or 98 you will still remember it like it was yesterday. time is a healer tho and we are all capable of falling in love again, it just the first one leaves a scar no matter what!
-
Most people don't know what LOVE is, belive me. You people just like that person. I promis you that you don't know what love it you will thought, everyone does but sometimes it just doesn't work out even if your heart broken because that person doesn't like you back. Just saying in LOVE looks, don't matter.
-
Of Course. She was the one for me. I just apparently wasn't the one for her :(
-
Too many times
