Depends if I give plasma or blood. If plasma, about a month. If blood, three months.

you have to wait 56 days in between blood donations.....i am the blood type "O positve".....which is nearly 40 percent of our population..........with no antigens in my blood, that means that anyone on earth could use my blood to save their life....they are always happy to see me when i go to donate blood....take care.....Brian.....

I donate the platelets in the blood. You can do that twice per week.
