I am a female who LOVES to recieve oral sex! :) I know that its definately a courtesy to be clean shaven downstairs....but I get ingrown hairs badly which prevents me from shaving everyday like i want to do...any advice i already tried couchy creme...etc?

I hardly think that shaving needs to be done everyday. Maybe if you do it less often it won't get so much razorburn or ingrown follicles.

use one of those little shavers. they help get the hard to reach places and dont make you itch.

i have never been able to shave with a razor and not get ingrown hairs in the bikini area. so i bought a men's electric facial razor, and it works perfectly. it cuts the hair really short, but it won't make you bald. (so if you neeeed to be bald completely, this won't work.) and it's easy to get everywhere without being afraid of cutting yourself in very sensative places. mine is conair, and i just bought it at rite aid. works like a charm.

I've actually never minded if a female wasnt shaved . I think thats why pubes are curly, so they don't poke you in the eyes.

As a man who is used to ingrowns on the chin, I recommend an electric shaver. They don't trim QUITE so close, yet are smooth enough to pass a military Personnel Inspection for at least a few hours. A little more maintenance (I had t shave twice a day) but if your standards are a bit looser than a military training command, you SHOULD be fine with a screen shaver.

I have been using a mens shave cream by Arbonne. It is themost amazing shave cream I have tried!! Not a cut or ingrown hair in a year!!! I am going to try the magic shave powder to compare... cheaper is always a plus! Unless.... you know!

I read a long time ago the way to avoid red bumps and ingrown hairs is to exfoliate (sp) big time. So I got some cleaning cream and after I shave I use a scrubber with the cleaning cream and really clean the area removing the dead skin and cleaning the area. It worked really well. I'm shaved with no more red and ingrown.

Well I think trimming closely is enough and that doesn't cause that problem as much. I am a guy so there you have it!
