  • Splintek has a memory foam pillow for side sleepers, as does Tempur-Pedic. A new one out that seems to get favorable reviews is the Better-sleep pillow. http://www.bettersleeppillow.com/ It is reccommended for sleep apnea patients. My brother-in-law uses one, and loves it. It is pricey though. I sleep on my side, and I use a very soft pillow and a very firm one. One supports, one to wad up. Works for me.
  • you say you can't do feathers but did you know that the percentage of people that are allergic the feathers is the same as people that are allergic to human hair.its not the feathers that people are allergic to its the dirt and dust that come with the feathers.i brought feather pillows but you have to make sure the feathers have been washed a lot.northern nights that are sold on qvc wash theirs ten times the reccommened amount.if you buy on qvc you can always send back within 30 days if they do affect you.
