Help answer this question below.

How do I stop procrastinating? Any tips? I need to get on with my work but all I seem to do is cook eat, watch a movie, come on AB, read the news, smoke a cigi and repeat.

    Make a list of what you need to accomplish, and set deadlines if you need to. Also, ask someone to help keep you accountable for what you're supposed to be doing. Pressure from a friend can be good motivation to get things done.

    It all comes down to willpower, but those things can help.

    Whatever you're doing - do it 100%. You may as well have a do what I want day today since you're already on that track anyway and leave off with the important stuff until you feel more up to concentrating on it. You'll enjoy both days better if you give each day your all :))

    Write down the things you have to do and try to keep going through the list until you get to the end and finish everything.

    Get a day planner program for your computer. Keep it open all the time and give yourself incentives to finish your work. For example say "when I finish my paper, I'll go watch that movie on TV."
