Weight Watchers is very easy to follow, the point system is very easy. In fact, if you join and go to meetings, you get a discount on the online membership, or you can just do it online. You can enter everything you've eaten and it'll keep track of the points for you, and if there is something that's not in their database, you can enter just a few things and it'll figure out the points for you. You just have to be disciplined and keep on it. The good thing is that you can eat ANYTHING in the world as long as you keep in the points, which is usually pretty easy to do.

weight watchers is excellent.. I have never felt so healthy as when I was on it. I once wanted to lose 20 lbs and I did so..It is a relatively easy system to follow for life. It is all about portion control.

I've been on weight watchers many times. Last year I said to myself this is it. Since a little over a year ago I have lost 60lbs on weight watchers. It has always been the best diet program. You can have anything you want just count your points. Nothing beats WW. I'm not at goal yet but I know I will be.
