  • Hi, I have lost 12 kgs in 3 months. For this, I have maintained the diet, regular walking and drinking more water. Diet - Depending upon your lifestyle. Drink more than 3 liters of water daily. Morning Breakfast should not be more than 200 grams before 9.00 am. Lunch, take 2 chapatis, 100grams rice and salad at 1 to 2 o'clock. At 4.00 to 5.00 pm if feels hungry eat 1 chapati Or salad. Dinner, eat 1 Chapati and Salad (Salad will help you to reduce hungriness). This diet will help you to lose weight, If you add morning walk in it then you will lose your weight faster. Morning walks 3 to 5 km daily. This process I have done and have lost 12 kgs in 3 months.

  • Eat normally - whatever you like. Just follow the basic rule of burning more calories than you consume. People fail at dieting because they don't realize how FEW calories they burn during the day. Walking 1 mile only burns about 80-85 calories. After walking, a number of people refresh with an energy drink - that contains around 110 calories. That means you've not only wasted a half-hour walking, but you're worse off. Keep a daily log of your calorie intake and keep it as low as you can but over 1000 per day. Drink plenty of water (water has zero calories and it helps to satisfy your hunger).
  • Cut back on all food
  • Eat less and do more. That generally does the trick.
