Being that I have been studying dreaming for a while now I have picked up on how sleep patterns combined with emotional state of mind, mixed with positioning of the body. I can pick or choose if I want to have a mild dream or a extreme nightmare. I choose to stay away from the nightmares as they are the reason I wanted so much to learn about dreaming. So to answer your question I shall dream sweet dreams tonight.
