None. The difference is in Jesus. Christians believe Jesus is the son of God, while Jewish people believe he was just a man.

Teologically, there are quite a few differences. First of all, the Christian god is divided in three in a way that no-one understands. Secondly, the Christian god is forgiving, through his Jesus-alter-ego, where-as the Jewish god most definetly isn't. That's all I can think of at the moment though. But, supposedly, it's the same god. However, they do have very different attitudes.

Same God , Jews do not accept Christ as the Messiah, they are still waiting.... It was prophesied that the Jews would reject HIM , He was a Jew , and they did ....They believed the Messiah would save them again as in the OT, God simply grew weary in their constant disobeince and rejection. but Christ brought salvation to ALL , the Jews(Israelites) were NO LONGER GOD's chosen. Jews and Gentiles (US) alike could have salvation through Christ....

The difference is that they are distinct characters / beings / entities. They're not the same "person". I know some would argue, but consider this: My name is Marc, and my friends know a whole set of things about me. Then, someone puts up a widely believed story about me, that isn't true. Most people end up believing that THAT story plus my real biography is a good idea of who I really am, whereas my friends know that the story isn't about me at all. Let's consider a modern day writer writing a novel featuring Sherlock Holmes. The novel effectively notes that the Sherlock in the novel is the original. But in the novel, Sherlock decides that mystery isn't for him, and he decides to become a butcher. His arch-nemesis, Moriarty, ends up becoming his apprentice, and they develop a lifelong friendship. Can we really say that this new "Sherlock Holmes" is the same character? The same "person"? Now we have the god of the Christians. He is supposed to be identical to the god of the Jews, EXCEPT that he sent a son, a messiah, in the form of Jesus, down. Jesus said many things, and, from the Christian perspective, he was not only the son of God, but also God himself, and so all those things, no matter how much they contradicted earlier scriptures, were considered gospel (pun intended). To Jews, especially of the time, Jesus was a heretic, pure and simple, since he contradicted and in many cases cursed the practices of contemporary Judaism, and wanted reform. The Christian God is a god for everyone, Jew and gentile alike. The Jewish God has a covenant with his chosen people, and that's it. The two "gods" are very different characters. The fact is that the "New Testament" contains some very clear, and in some cases very different from the Torah, ideas about what God's will and policies are. The moment you start talking about the two "God" characters being the same, you come to the inescapable conclusion that ONE of the two religions is wrong, because you now have moved past seeing "God" as a character in the two mythologies, and now are seeing a single real entity about which some fictional things may or may not have been written. And that view is fine too, as long as religious apologists don't try to mince words and appear to make the claim that all religions have validity, when obviously, if they are about a real entity, only one can be ultimately accurate.

Jews, Christians, and Muslims all worship the one true God of Abraham. What is different is our understanding of who and what God is. The language does not matter: • Allah in Arabic • God in English • Dieu in French • Theos in Greek • Dios in Spanish Remember God is the title or role and not God's name which is an entirely different discussion. With love in Christ.

Jehovah deals with His people, the Jews, differently than He did/does with the Bride of Christ, aka Christians. Jews only accept the Old testament and adhere to the laws and customs of the OT religiously (pun intended). They are still expecting the Messiah to come via a virgin, for they reject Christ as the Messiah. They are to endure tribulation, and they will be known as the Jewish remnant, or the remaining group of Jews. There will be 144, 000 male virgin Jews that evangelize them later and they will be saved. Christians generally accept the Old and the New Testaments, and therefore, the whole Bible, though many claim to be Christian, and many adhere to many non bibilical beliefs, which are part of various cults, such as Jehovah's witness, mormons, and the masonic lodge. The Jews believe in the Law, and while Christians try to live loosely by the 10 commandments, it is more guidelines to many, for we are no longer under the law, but under grace. This grace allows for MUCH sin to go allegedly unanswered, but once the rapture takes place, grace will have no place on earth.

There is no difference. As a matter of fact The Messiah (The Lord Jesus Christ) came first to the Jews. When they rejected His message He sent His apostles to the gentiles (nations). That would be everyone outside of the Jews. Jesus of the New Testament is Jehova of the Old Testament. Lord=Father Jesus=Son Christ=Holy Spirit Body, soul and spirit of God.
