Who here thinks that New York City should hurry up and build up the new World Trade Center Building??? I mean, isn't leaving that space empty just a victory trophy to the terrorists?

If you choose to see it that way, it is. It really doesn't matter what they do with it at this point.

NO, that empty place is where tons of people died. It is annoying enough having so many tourists visit the site like it is the statue of Liberty. Most of the tourists take happy pictures in front of Ground Zero, it is disgusting because most of these people don't know anyone who died. It is like going to a graveyard and taking pictures. Most New Yorkers hate it. Any more attention to the area would suck.
