Is there any way to put someone elses question on a kind of watch list? Not meaning to get emails for every new answer (I know how to do that), just to get the little orange button to light up for each new answer (if that makes sense).

1) One way would be to ask them to be your friend. After this, you just watch you Friends' Q&A indicator light and click on it to see their new submissions. But you get a list with the answers of all your friends then. 2) You can also put their profile in your favorites and from there go to their question list. You could also let their question list open in a browser windows or tab and refresh it periodically. However, you do not get a notification if they post something and their new postings are not highlighted in that list, they just come at the top of the list. 3) You can also use the Answerbag feed feature. On their profile page /Summary tab at the bottom, look for the "Get [slothmister here to stay maybe]'s latest updates: Questions | Answers " text and click on the "Questions" link.
