    Yes. He isn't being inconsiderate. It just appears that way to people who don't undertand why he acts the way he does. He has Asperger's syndrome but 99.99% of the world doesn't know that is why he acts like that. They don't see the world like he does and don't undertstand that he would be socially adept if he had any clue how to do it.
