No, and neither would anyone else since it's illegal to sell and eat dog anywhere in Korea now.

Ignoring the legality of it, if I were in this situation and it was a very important deal then yes I probably would eat dog. I would not happily do it as I love dogs, but I think I would do it none the less.

No, and anyone who would refuse a deal over that is not worth doing business with. If you explain that is offensive to you and why, even if that is their culture they would more than likely understand. It's not like you are denouncing their religion, you are just not participating in their practice. It would be the same if someone from another culture came over here and refused to eat turkey on thanksgiving...would you stop a business deal over that?
